Additional Requirements

When rendering in GPU mode, the minimum GPU required is an Intel HD 5000 integrated graphics chip. Of course, newer and faster discrete GPU components from AMD and Nvidia will yield faster performance. Check out our graphics card recommendations and VRAM requirements here.

Please note, GPU acceleration is unavailable on Mac OS X 10.11.

If your GPU does not meet these specifications, switching to CPU mode will allow for a more stable performance. For more information about the rendering modes available, see this user guide page.
